The Road Trip you’ve been waiting for. You’ve been dreaming of possibly taking a road trip with your family, friends, or possibly just by yourself and doing some soul searching. Well whatever the case be, we’ve put together a few tips before you go off on your way.
  1. Inspect Your Car

This is by far the most important thing to do before any trip short or long. We always want to ensure that our car is safe and ready for the trek its about to make. You will need to go over the following

  • Oil change
  • Brake Pads
  • Tires
  • Check Radiator Fluid
  1. Be Prepared
Make sure to have the supplies you will need in case of a flat tire, jumper cables in case of a dead battery, extra oil and fuels just in case, and its always beneficial to carry a first aid kit. When you have the essentials you know you can be confident that you are ready for the unexpected.
  1. Clean Your Vehicle
There is nothing like having a clean car for a road trip. You will be spending quite a few hours in your vehicle (depending on the length) start it off right, and clean it up so it can get ready for the next hours to come.
  1. Entertainment
This is the fun part of the road trip, keeping yourselves entertained. Set up a fun playlist that will be sure to keep your energy up and ready for the long drive. Especially those moments when  you look back only to find everyone sleeping.
  1. Maps
Its important to have your map loaded on your phone, a back up copy, whatever you need to do to make sure you stay on the right path to avoid getting lost. (we’ve all been there).
  1. Comfortability & Snacks
After a few hours spent in a car we start to realize how we might become a little uncomfortable. Bring something that can support your back for the drive, or for a pillow for your passengers. You also will want to bring snacks and water to keep everyone in the car satisfied.
Have a Fun & Safe Trip! Keep these 6 Tips in mind and remember to enjoy the life on the road.
