Our Program for First Responders and Frontline Healthcare Workers

The team at Waldorf Honda recognizes and appreciates the hard work and dedication that first responders and frontline healthcare workers across the nation are putting in to combat COVID-19.

A Small Gesture of Gratitude for the Heroes on the Frontline

As a way of saying thank you, we’ve put together a program of special offers for our local first responders and healthcare workers. These include:

• Our “Wild Card Service Special,” which takes 50% off any one repair*
• An additional $500 discount on any new or used vehicle purchase**

This is our small way of recognizing our community members’ efforts of combating this deadly virus. After experiencing our own loss of our good friend and long-time customer, Jerry Manley, to COVID-19, we realize now, more than ever, how grave this situation is and how important it is to show our support to our community. In Memory of Our Friend, Jerry Manley

It is with heavy hearts that we say goodbye to our friend Jerry Manley, who lost his battle with COVID-19 this week. Jerry was beloved by the community, having spent over three decades working in law enforcement at the Prince George’s County Police Department and Sheriff’s Office, and serving as a long-time volunteer for the Special Olympics Maryland. Nate Garland, Chief Development & Marketing Officer for the Special Olympics Maryland, said that Jerry was: “One of the finest human beings that I have ever met. He was so committed to our athletes.”

Jerry was larger-than-life, always smiling, with a robust personality and kind-hearted nature. He truly left this world a better place. He is survived by his wife and four children, who are asking that in lieu of flowers, donations be sent to the Special Olympics Maryland.

He will forever be missed by those who knew and loved him.
