COVID-19 Response

The recent outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) has many people wondering about protocol for businesses around Waldorf, MD. General Manager of Waldorf Honda, Dan Moltz, is here to put some of your questions and fears to rest. 

Information Regarding Our Services at this Time

• We are following county guidelines, and all of our employees are now wearing face masks; we ask that our customers please do the same.

• You can buy a vehicle online with Express Car Buying via our online Express Store.

• We will home-deliver vehicles within 50 miles of our dealership (exceptions upon request).

• We will home-deliver vehicles for a test drive within 50 miles of our dealership (exceptions upon request).

• We are releasing a special incentive in response to COVID-19: no payments for 90 days. Discover more from our video, above.

• We are giving extra supplies to our employees to help ensure their safety and the safety of our customers.

We are currently operating at these hours:

    Monday - Saturday:  9AM - 8PM
             Sunday:            Closed  

A Note from Our President in Response to COVID-19:

Waldorf Honda is a family-owned business dedicated to our customers, employees and business partners. We are taking proactive measures, as recommended by the CDC, to maintain a safe environment at our dealership. We recognize the challenge of the times and we know that having reliable transportation is vital to everyone. We know the potential financial burden that may occur in these situations, so we are currently offering deferred payment plans to help our customers. We recommend that our customers always keep their fuel tanks at least on half full and their vehicle service up to date.

To that end, we want you to know that we have the following additional services available:

• We’re readily available to bring test drives to your home. Our team is following CDC guidelines to provide the safest environment for your experience.

• Purchased vehicles can be delivered right to your driveway. Most of the buying process can be done completely online. In some cases, you can complete the transaction 100% online.

• We are continuing to offer pick-up and drop-off for service appointments.

• If you are looking to sell a car, you can send some photos to get an evaluation or we’ll send a team member to you.

This is a time to focus on caring for ourselves and for each other. We are here for you and our communities with empathy and compassion.
