I may have mentioned the that I've owned 3 prior Honda vehicles... I've had 2 Civics and an '04 Odyssey. My first Civic, a 2007 EX, saved my life against a head on collision with an Eddy Bauer Bronco (one of the older, larger ones) where a girl (17 years old) slid around a blind curve out of control and in my lane on a two lane road... after impact, my car was literally tossed into the woods where I narrowly missed a large tree. I thought I was going to die or, at least be severely injured. I walked away. I did send some of these images to Honda at the time to let them know that their research into, and application of, the ACE frame works very well in real life emergencies. Thus I bought another Civic (the Si).
If anyone ever questions the ability of the Civic (or likely other Honda) to protect it's occupants, you may share these to show that, while the car looks like hell... it saved my life.
Thanks again for all your assistance with the new car... As I stated, it was an absolutely wonderful experience. I've spent some of this beautiful day just looking at it.... and, will certainly take it out for a spin!

It's amazing to come away with not only a wonderful car that fits our needs as well as our budget - but to not have to go through all stress and drama that is typical of buying a car.
Your staff truly has the customer in mind at all time- not just for the sale - but long afterwards. I can only think that this attitude and service comes because people who enjoy what they do and where they work. You lead by example - and it shows during the experience.We may only purchase a vehicle every 3-4 years or so - but we do so from you because it is an enjoyable experience. Wonderful experience. Hal really knows his products. He is familiar with the inventory on the lot. My questions were answered thoroughly. Burt is a great manager who works well with his associates. Great dealership and customer service is its highest priority.
